When it comes to improving the quality of our daily lives, what matters is that we begin to actively focus our attention on the changes we want to make. This holds true for caring for our planet as well. It is amazing how making a few simple changes can make a real difference in the world.

TruLife Magazine is a local magazine, dedicated to the support and promotion of physical, mental, and environmental health; growing out of a desire to create a way to promote health and wellness in all walks of life. The byline for the magazine is “connecting the communities, families and professionals that truly care about life vitality”.

Within the pages of TruLife Magazine, you will find individuals providing services and education in all aspects of health, wellness, personal empowerment, environmental awareness and a reminder to tread softly on the planet. The common thread between them all is responsibility. Taking personal responsibility for our own healthand our families’ health is important, as is keeping our minds open to all areas of self-improvement. We will grow as a community while growing as a person.

TruLife Magazine also promotes local heroes in the health and wellness industry: from everyone who has already or is going to become famous in a physical activity or sport, those who promote the importance of following a dream through determination and self discipline, as well as the unspoken heros who are truly deserving of an honorable mention or story. It is our hope that this magazine will provide inspirational guidance to all members of our community.

In addition to providing information on the many conscious businesses and health practitioners in the greater Tri-Cities, you will find inspirational and educational articles and a spotlight section with information on community events for the entire family.

It is our hope that this magazine will provide you with inspiration, knowledge and courage in the promotion of health and wellness; regardless of your age. In our efforts to meet your needs, we welcome your feedback! We want to connect with you and find out what you are interested in learning about. Is there a local hero you feel needs to be praised/applauded? Is there a practitioner, teacher, or service that you want the community to know about? Maybe you know someone who has done something terrifically healthy for the world. We all have at least one good story to share — what is yours?
